Extended Holiday Policy:  Returns on regular priced orders placed between November 25th and December 20th will be accepted through January 10th

Sale merchandise is not eligible for the extended holiday return policy.

Please be mindful of this prior to ordering.

Standard Return Policy


We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of order placement. Returned merchandise MUST be free from wear, stains, odor, fragrance, detergent, alterations, or any condition that would prevent it from being sold as new. Returned items must have the original hang tags attached as well as the clear bag that the item was packed in. Items received in unsalable condition may be subject to cleaning fees or rejection.


Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

Certain product categories are not eligible for return, including (but not limited to) underwear, socks, swimwear, headwear, gloves or grooming products.

Email us at info@theroyalbloke.com for a return authorization and a return shipping label. We will email you a return shipping label which will be deducted from your refund. The cost of the return shipping label depends on the # of items, location and weight. Returns must be shipped within 5 business days of receipt of the label.  Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.

We use eco-friendly reusable shipping mailers which can be used for returns and exchanges.

Exchanges

A word about exchanges. We are happy to accept exchanges of regular priced merchandise and will not charge for the shipping costs if the item is kept. If the item is not kept then you will be charged for shipping the exchange in both directions.


If you are exchanging sale merchandise (Final Sale is not exchangeable) you will be charged for shipping costs in both directions.


The Royal Bloke does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen deliveries. If you think you might have a security issue with deliveries, reach out to one of our team members before ordering.


The Royal Bloke does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit. You must reach out to your local USPS or UPS for assistance in filing a claim.
