Extended Holiday Return Policy
Any regular priced or sale item purchased between November 21st and December 21st can be returned or exchanged (pending availability) through January 11th. Requests for exchange or return must be made no later than January 11th. Exchanges for "regular priced merchandise" we will pay the shipping costs as long as the item is kept.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer for exchange of "sale merchandise"
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchanges. Please be mindful of this prior to ordering.
We are pleased to offer free First Class or Priority shipping (depending on the weight) to addresses within the USA Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) via US Postal Service on all purchases. We ship from Naples, FL. We do not ship to P.O. Box's. Purchases will be shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase except Sundays & holidays. You will receive a tracking # with your shipment within 24 hours of your purchase. Please let us know if you require special shipping needs and we will do our best to accommodate you at an extra charge. Please email us at email@example.com for shipping charges which will vary by location. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
Once orders have been confirmed as delivered by USPS, UPS or FEDEX The Royal Bloke will not be responsible for stolen deliveries. If you have any concerns about the security of your delivery we urge you to ask us to indicate "deliver with signature only"
For your security, please provide a Shipping Address where someone can physically receive your order. The Royal Bloke cannot be held responsible for packages missing or stolen from an unattended address.
Canada & International
International Priority service is available at an extra charge depending on your location. This service does not come with a tracking #. We are not responsible for any duties or surcharges a third party may charge (Customs). Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing order to determine your shipping charges.
Return Policy - Regular Price
Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items in original condition with tags and packaging can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from date the order was received. Merchandise received with any kind of odor (food, smoke, fragrance, etc) will be dry cleaned and the charge will be deducted from your refund. Same for product rolled up in a ball that requires pressing so we can resell the item.
We are pleased to offer a $9.95 flat rate USPS return label which will be deducted from your refund. Email us at email@example.com for a return authorization and a return shipping label. Returns and exchanges must be shipped within 5 business days receipt of return shipping label. Please be sure all hang tags are attached to the garment as well as the original packaging. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 1 billing cycle for your credit to post to your account.
* If you find the mailer is not reusable for a return PLEASE email us and we will send you a fresh bag so the product can fit more comfortably. We love customers who do this.
Return Policy - for Sale / Clearance Purchases
Returns for merchandise sold on sale, clearance, special promotions, etc. have a 14 day return/ exchange window (except holiday extension) from date of order received. The return / exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be deducted from your refund. We will issue the return shipping label to make the return more convenient and ask that you return the merchandise no more than 5 days from receiving the return label so we can resell the item. Thank you!
*Final Sale (items sold at 50% off or more) are not eligible for return or exchanges - please be mindful of that before ordering.
We are happy to provide free shipping for exchanges of regular priced merchandise as long as the item is kept.
If you are exchanging sale merchandise (final sale items are not returnable or exchangeable) shipping charges both ways are the responsibility of the buyer.
Because many of our items on the site have limited quantities, we will try our best to accommodate your request for exchange of sizes but may not always be able to do so. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
The Royal Bloke does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to The Royal Bloke.
