Extended Holiday Return Policy

Regular priced items purchased between November 28th and December 15th have an extended holiday return window until January 12th. Purchases after December 15th the normal 14 days from date of receipt return applies.

FINAL SALE orders are not eligible for Extended Holiday return

 

Shipping & Signture Required

We ship from Naples, FL. typically within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We ship either UPS Ground or USPS depending on the weight and which is the fastest carrier. You will receive an email the day your order is shipped with the tracking information.

We do not ship to P.O. Box's, Alaska & Hawaii

 

Standard Return Policy - Regular Price Items


We have a 14 day return window from the date the order was received. To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. Items must be free of stains, odor or any condition that would prevent it from being sold as new. Items received in unsalable condition may be subject to rejection. Email us at info@theroyalbloke.com for a return shipping label and return authorization.

We will provide a return shipping label which will be deducted from your refund (cost depends on weight & location). Returns must be shipped within 5 business days of receiving the return shipping label. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 1 billing cycle for your credit to post to your account.

Items that are returned without our authorization or return label using our carrier will be refused.

                   

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item to secure it and when we receive the returned item we will process the refund. If the exchange is kept we will waive the return shipping fee,

        Return Policy for Sale Purchases

Returns for merchandise sold on sale, clearance, special promotions, etc. have a 14 day return window from the date the order was received. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be deducted from your refund. The cost of the return is determined by the weight and location the item is being sent from. We will issue the return authorization and shipping label to make the return more convenient and ask that you return the merchandise no more than 5 days from receiving the return label so we can resell the item. Merchandise returned without a return authorization or using our preferred carrier will be rejected.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that are clearly marked FINAL SALE 

Lost Items

We are not responsible for returned items in case they are lost in the return process. Buyer must obtain a receipt which can be obtained when dropping off at either your local post office or UPS store. Do NOT drop off your package in a mailbox on a street.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged in transit or if you've received the wrong item. We will ask you for a photo so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.
