Inspired by the classic and rugged vintage workwear shirt, the"Brace" is built tough but keeps the comfort you expect from Kato. Crafted from a lightweight and comfortable 100% Japanese cotton, 7oz denim fabric. This denim has a loose weave, woven from thinner yarns, which makes the denim very breathable and perfect for wearing year round.
The "chainstitch runoff" found on the side gussets is an interesting detail and a nod to vintage shirts and a true sign the shirt was made using authentic vintage sewing machines. If you don't care for the "chainstitch" detail you can always cut it off - but it's what sets this denim shirt apart from the others.
